• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed by Wilderfy.

• Wilderfy reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website, even after an Order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify the customer and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the Order.

• Risk of loss and title for Products passes to the customer upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Wilderfy is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Wilderfy offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for most Products.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items — including personal care products, undergarments, and final sale items — may be non-returnable. Non-returnable items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Wilderfy error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective Product.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of Wilderfy receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
